You can visit the My Account section at website to see personal information we have collected. You can also opt out of receiving any promotional mail or email from us.

If I am Below 13 Years Old

Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we must have a parent's permission before we may collect and use the Personal Information of a child under 13 years old. We will need this permission before we are able to create an account for you or provide you with any tutoring, and we include a checkbox in our registration process requiring all children under 13 to confirm that their account is being created either by their parent or legal guardian or with their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.

Parents of children under the age of 13: You are welcome to contact us at to review any identifiable information we have collected about your child. You may request that we delete this information and/or that we do not collect any more of your child's information. Please note that we will need to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child to ensure that the person is in fact the child's parent or legal guardian, and that a request for us to delete all personal information about a child requires us to cancel the child's tutoring account.

Who may have access to your personal information?

People who pay for your service (your parent(s), legal guardian(s), or school) may have access to your personal information. We also may share this information with outside vendors who assist in delivering our services to you (for example, if you use a credit card to pay for our services, we will share your information with the credit card processor. However, they are also bound by their own privacy policy).

We May Share Your Personal Information For Legal or Safety Reasons

If we have a good reason to believe that disclosing your personal information is required by law, can help protect you or someone else from harm, or is part of either an external or internal legal investigation, we may do so.
